The Challenge
Designing a home of this scale came with its own unique set of challenges. The house was large, and while the client appreciated open space, they struggled to define and separate functional areas effectively. They had a strong vision for a luxurious atmosphere but needed guidance in achieving that refined look.
Their preference leaned towards spacious living and kitchen areas, yet they didn’t want the home to feel empty or disconnected. The client also emphasized the importance of a striking exterior to create an impressive first impression. While they were drawn to bright tones, they gave us full creative freedom to explore bolder design decisions that could elevate the entire experience.
Our Solution
Our approach began with smart space planning. We created purposeful zones such as two distinct living areas, two types of kitchens (wet and dry), and a dedicated family area to ensure flow, comfort, and functionality throughout the home. To enhance the sense of luxury, we used premium finishes like marble and gold accents across various spaces, tying each area together with elegance.
We also curated a dynamic color palette that balanced light and dark tones, bringing depth, warmth, and contrast. To complete the experience, we extended our design expertise to the home’s exterior, crafting a façade that matched the grandeur of the interior, ensuring that the home made a bold, sophisticated statement from the very first glance.
