The Challenge
When the HQ team decided to move into a larger, empty office space, they saw it as an opportunity to reimagine their working environment, but also faced a few specific design challenges. The space was vast and open, with no defined zones or walls, which made it difficult to structure work areas effectively.
One of their key requests was to incorporate a branded wall that could serve as the background for live sessions and media appearances. Additionally, they needed to create enclosed rooms such as private offices and meeting areas, while maximizing the use of the natural light pouring in through the perimeter windows. The space also needed to include a welcoming waiting or lounge area for visiting clients and guests.
Our Solution
To respond to this brief, we designed a layout that strategically encloses functional zones by building around the outer edges of the space, while placing the central open area for shared workstations. This approach allowed us to define rooms without sacrificing openness.
At the heart of the office, we introduced a feature wall panel with the company’s logo, a striking branding element that now serves as the visual anchor for live sessions and video content.
Almost every window was utilized to its full potential by positioning private rooms and key workspaces around them, ensuring natural light flows into the most used areas. We also created a dedicated lounge area at the front of the office, providing guests with a comfortable, professional waiting space that reflects the brand’s welcoming and forward-thinking identity.
The result is a modern, functional office space that balances branding, productivity, and hospitality all under one roof.
