The Challenge
The client approached us with the intention of giving their existing space a complete refresh, both visually and functionally. They wanted to move away from the previously bold and overpowering colour palette and explore a new, more sophisticated scheme.
In addition to aesthetic changes, the client was open to reconfiguring the layout to improve flow and usability. One of their key aspirations was to introduce a lobby-like atmosphere reminiscent of a boutique hotel, elegant, warm, and welcoming.
At the same time, the space needed to accommodate internal functions such as classes, training, and meetings in a more structured and professional setting.
Our Solution
To meet this vision, we proposed a neutral-toned colour scheme that instantly softened the overall feel of the space, creating a calm and timeless backdrop.
We restructured the floor plan by breaking down selected walls to open up new circulation paths and make room for fresh spatial divisions. A modern contemporary concept was applied throughout, anchored by a standout reception area featuring a marble-look countertop that reinforces the upscale hotel lobby vibe.
To support the client’s functional needs, we also introduced a dedicated, fully enclosed meeting room offering a professional environment for internal classes, discussions, and team sessions.
The result is a harmonious blend of form and function, tailored to elevate both the brand image and day-to-day operations.
