The Challenge
When the client approached us, they were unsure of where to begin with their home makeover. The house felt incomplete, and they needed a clear direction to turn it into a cohesive, functional, and beautiful space. One of the main requests was to create a new section for the living area, offering better flow and purpose to the ground floor layout.
Additionally, the client wanted to separate the kitchen area and incorporate a dedicated laundry space, something that was previously missing and made everyday chores inconvenient. More importantly, they wanted their home to stand out, not just another generic interior, but one with unique key features that would truly set it apart from others.
Our Solution
RHM Design took on the challenge by proposing a full transformation of the 3-storey home, using a modern contemporary concept that blends elegance with functionality. The entire space was reimagined to feel clean, polished, and thoughtfully structured.
To create distinction within the layout, we divided the living area using a custom-designed TV panel, this not only provided a focal point but also allowed for subtle zoning without the need for full walls. The result is a space that feels open, yet defined.
We then extended the kitchen to make it more spacious and efficient, integrating a dedicated laundry area within the new layout. This improved both flow and practicality, making daily routines smoother.
To give the home a standout visual feature, we installed a large wall art piece on the tallest vertical wall in the house , a bold yet refined statement that elevates the entire interior and adds a truly personal touch.
The result is a fully transformed home that is elegant, purposeful, and uniquely memorable, just as the client envisioned.
