The Challenge
The client came to us with a blank, unused space, unsure how to begin transforming it into something both beautiful and functional. While they had no clear vision yet, they expressed a strong liking for gold accents and wanted the space to feel elevated and refined.
Another important preference was avoiding a closed-off layout, they disliked the feeling of tight, separated rooms and instead preferred an open-concept design that feels airy and connected. Additionally, the client wanted to incorporate a dry kitchen, a stylish and functional area that guests could interact with, without needing to access the main kitchen.
Our Solution
We started by proposing a modern luxury interior concept, using a refined combination of gold accents and marble finishes to create a sophisticated and upscale ambiance. This allowed us to infuse the space with elegance, while still maintaining a sense of warmth and approachability.
To suit the client’s preference for openness, the layout was designed as an open-concept space, ensuring seamless flow between key areas and making the room feel more spacious and welcoming.
In planning the layout, we paid close attention to how the space would be used during gatherings. We made sure that both large and smaller areas were designed to comfortably accommodate groups of people, without feeling cramped or disjointed.
A custom-designed dry kitchen was placed in the main living area, perfect for casual serving, coffee prep, or entertaining, while keeping the main (wet) kitchen discreet and private. This way, guests can interact in a beautiful, functional space without accessing the more personal back areas of the home.
The final result is a luxurious, open-plan living environment that feels cohesive, welcoming, and designed with both everyday comfort and special occasions in mind.
