The Challenge
The client approached us with a bold request: a complete image makeover for their gold jewelry store without altering the existing layout. While the spatial arrangement had to remain intact for operational reasons, the client wanted the space to feel entirely new, elevated, distinct, and unlike anything typically seen in similar retail settings.
They requested a concept that felt rare and memorable, something that would immediately capture attention and reflect the exclusivity of their brand. A subtle personal touch was also important, specifically the inclusion of blue tones somewhere in the design.
Our Solution
To deliver this transformation, we proposed a full design overhaul for the entire retail zone, anchored in a luxury Moroccan-inspired concept. This style offered the richness, intricate detailing, and sophistication that aligned perfectly with the gold business, while still feeling unique in the market.
We preserved the original layout as requested but upgraded every interior element, from wall finishes to lighting and display fixtures, resulting in a space that feels brand new without structural changes.
To fulfill the request for a touch of blue, we introduced it thoughtfully through a statement piece: a plush, deep-blue sofa that stands out yet harmonizes beautifully with the warm gold tones throughout.
The result is a seamless blend of opulence, cultural character, and modern retail function, all within the same footprint.
