1. Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering or related fields.
2. At least 2 years of experience in related fields.
3. Ability to work independently, responds calmly to external pressures and tight deadlines.
4. Able to handle concurrent projects under pressure and meet deadline.
5. Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD & Sketch Up 3D highly preferable.
7. Required Language(s) : Malay & English.
