The Challenge

When the client engaged us for this project, the main concern was the lack of identity within the restaurant space. The interior felt very generic, resembling a typical eatery with no strong personality or memorable features to set it apart.
Customers had difficulty navigating the space due to a disorganized flow, which disrupted the overall dining experience. Branding was minimal and not clearly presented, making it hard for the restaurant to stand out or leave a lasting impression. Additionally, the preparation areas for both food and drinks were too exposed to the public eye, affecting the ambiance and the sense of professionalism.

Our Solution

To elevate the restaurant’s image, we introduced a traditional-inspired interior concept, giving the space cultural depth and a more distinctive character that aligned with the food being served. We restructured the customer journey by reorganizing key functional zones, relocating the drinks counter, food pickup area, and cashier into a more intuitive layout. We also used different tile colors and textures on the floor to subtly guide customers through each step of their experience, enhancing both form and function.
To reinforce branding, we installed a prominently placed logo feature on a previously blank wall, instantly adding personality and recognition. Finally, the food and beverage preparation areas were moved toward the back, tucked away more discreetly to maintain a cleaner, more composed front-of-house presentation.
The result is a refreshed, well-branded space that offers a smoother experience and leaves a stronger visual impression on every guest who walks in.
